Which utilities are included in the monthly rent?

Residents are only responsible for paying the hydro expenses. Hydro fees include the distribution of heated and cooled air within each apartment. The water expense is included in the rental fee.

How do I lease an apartment?

After visiting the building and viewing suite(s), prospective tenants complete an application, including personal and financial references.

Is parking available?

Parking is outside and limited. Parking spaces may be allocated according to a waitlist.

Are there storage lockers? Is indoor bicycle storage free?

Storage lockers can be rented for $40 monthly. Indoor bicycle storage is free for tenants.

Is the building smoke-free?

Yes, 60 Stanley is smoke-free.

Are window treatments included?

Each suite is equipped with roller window shades.

What is the security in the building?

Electronic key fobs provide access to the building and to common areas, such as the storage locker room. Camera surveillance is available at the building entry points and in some common areas.

Is the building pet friendly?

Yes, pets are welcome at 60 Stanley.
